SEASONAL MENU- spring/Summer


The program is designed to prevent childhood overweight and obesity by promoting healthy weight and growth in all children. We teach children the importance of participating of healthy activities, healthy eating, healthy growing, and how you can carry on a healthy life within the family. Our menu consists of non-fried vegetables, whole fruit, whole grain, and a limitation on sugars, fried foods, and processed meats. Our meals and snacks are deliciously healthy. We care what our children eat.
